The goods offered on our website are displayed in the form of digital photographs. Minor differences between images and reality may be due to technology and do not constitute a defect of the goods ordered from us. We wish to point out that the goods presented by us on www.bruli.com may no longer be available or out of stock at the time of viewing our homepage. Furthermore, it may be that price changes have not yet been implemented on our homepage.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery times

As a general rule, orders are shipped within between 2-3 working days or within 10 working days for products with delivery 15 days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item. Delivery usually takes between 1-8 days working days depending on where you live.

Receiving delivery

We recommend that you are at the agreed shipping address on the day of delivery as TNT or FedEx will require a signature. Please note that if you agree with TNT or FedEx that your order is left with a neighbour or at your address without being signed for, BRULI is unable to accept responsibility if the delivery is lost or stolen.

My order hasn’t arrived yet

When placing your order, you should have been sent a shipping reference or tracking number which you can use on the TNT or FedEx website to track your order.

Please allow between 2-8 working days for TNT and up to 4 working days for FedEx. Remember it may take longer than expected during busy periods i.e. Christmas/Bank Holidays.

Can I update my shipping address?

We will be able to update your shipping address as long as the order has not been processed and dispatched which is usually between 1-10 working days from receipt of order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact TNT or FedEx directly to discuss the option of changing the shipping address.

We do operate a 7 days from delivery return policy where we will offer a refund or a store credit (excluding shipping costs if these where not included) should you decide that you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

Cancelling an order

We generally process orders within 2-3 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately to enquire about the status of your order. If the order has been processed and shipped then BRULI will provide you with a refund or store credit once the product has been returned in the original packaging.

How do I place my order?

If you have found a BRULI product you love, then placing an order is simple.

Click on the product you want and then, at the top of the page, click ‘add.’ Where relevant, select the correct item size. The item will then automatically be added to your shopping basket.

You can either continue shopping, adding more than one item to your basket at any time. Once you are ready to place your order, click on the ‘cart’ and then ‘checkout’.

You will then be asked to enter your country of residence and zip code for us to calculate the shipping costs. The order total will automatically be updated.

You will then be asked to enter your billing address and preferred payment method. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming receipt and your order number.

  1. RETURNS

How do I return a product ?

If there is a product you’d like to return, please send us an email info@bruli.com and we’ll be able to give you the instructions to follow.

The returned product must meet the following criteria:

  • It’s in perfect, absolutely unused condition (see the reason why below)
  • It’s in the original packaging (please do not stick anything on the material or fold the products in any way)
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Products can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued
  • We recommend using recorded delivery as we are not responsible for packages that are lost.

The condition of the product

We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and in the original condition. In turn we would never send out used goods to you. We are sure you understand that if we receive a used case from you (even if it is used for only one day) it will show and due to our strict guidelines we won’t be able to accept the return. So in the unlikely event that you decide that the product is not for you after using and testing it, we recommend to pass it on to a friend. Do not return them in any case as we are not able to process a refund.

You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs and as we will be receiving the product we’ll refund you or give you a store credit for the goods however the shipping cost of your order won’t be refunded.

Any refund or store credit will be made on the buyer’s account so you need to give us the order number as well as the name of the customer’s account so no mistakes are made.

We recommend to have a proof of postage if you decide to use a postal service suiting you better than the one we propose. Unfortunately if the package gets lost or stolen we won’t be able to refund or get you a store credit.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your new BRULI goods but if you unpack the goods and find that they are not quite right for you please email us immediately. We will authorize the return and email you the return address label.

TIME: You have strictly 7 working days from the delivery date to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 7 days). We are a small independent company and are not able to carry a lot of stock so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition and a timely fashion is crucial to our business.

We can directly exchange goods if this is the same product. If you decide you would like a different product than we will refund you and you need to place a new order.

Refund

Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.

Exceptions

If you send back used goods they will be sent back to you at your expense. If goods are received damaged we will not be able to give you a refund, but will contact you with pictures of the damage so you can claim a refund from your shipping company. If the return is dispatched after seven working days we will issue a store credit only at our discretion. Shipping costs and import fees are not refundable. Please note that returns from outside Switzerland that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.

Payment issues

If you are having trouble placing your order on our website it could be because of one of the following factors:

  1. You may need to authorize the payment with your bank before placing another order

  4. The billing address doesn’t match the address registered to the debit or credit card

Unfortunately we are unable to help with technical issues relating directly to processing of card payments. Therefore we would recommend to contact directly your credit card company.

Fraud: payment verification

We endeavour to make goods that you can enjoy for a long time. We love if you wearing your product day after day and we want it to be something you can’t live without. But we also encourage you to take care of your BRULI goods so laundering and pressing are very important.

Unintended manufacturing defects would show within 3 time washing so in the unlikely event that something breaks within this period please contact us immediately via info@bruli.com so we can determine what has happened and find a solution.
