As a general rule, orders are shipped within between 2-3 working days or within 10 working days for products with delivery 15 days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item. Delivery usually takes between 1-6 days working days depending on where you live.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship in some countries. If you are in a country that is NOT Switzerland, EU, UK, Canada or United States please contact us here before placing the order. We will be happy to let you know the exactly possibility and any additional costs.

Order for Switzerland should be pricing in CHF
Order for EU should be pricing in EUR or CHF
Order for UK should be pricing in EUR or CHF
Order for Canada should be pricing in USD
Order for USA should be pricing in USD
If for any reason this is not as described as below please note that import fees and taxes will not be included and are due on the delivery directly to the shipper.
We recommend that you are at the agreed shipping address on the day of delivery as TNT or FedEx will require a signature. Please note that if you agree with TNT or FedEx that your order is left with a neighbour or at your address without being signed for, BRULI is unable to accept responsibility if the delivery is lost or stolen.
My order hasn’t arrived yet
When placing your order, you should have been sent a shipping reference or tracking number which you can use on the TNT or FedEx website to track your order.
Please allow between 2-8 working days for TNT and up to 4 working days for FedEx. Remember it may take longer than expected during busy periods i.e. Christmas/Bank Holidays.

Can I update my shipping address?
We will be able to update your shipping address as long as the order has not been processed and dispatched which is usually between 1-10 working days from receipt of order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact TNT or FedEx directly to discuss the option of changing the shipping address.
